Target has the wrong Sony boombox pictured. The item pictured is the Sony CFD-E95. Enlarge the picture and you'll see the model number on the unit. The description, however, is for the model CFD-E100. That model is rectangular shaped, like another reviewer mentioned as the model she actually received.

This is a cute little boombox, and of course anything made by Sony is good quality. I like the fact that you can also play cassette tapes for those of us that still have those around, and of course you get the benefit of the radio and cd player. It is nicely shaped and can fit almost anywhere. I have had mine now for two years, and it's still going strong!!

I purchased this boom box, but it was from another retailer. I still wanted to give a review about it! It packs a punch and has many functional qualities. There is the remote and also the option to use batteries or the AC power cord. It plays burned cds (CD-R and CD-RW). It comes in other colors with an AM-FM tuner and clock, pre-set channel settings, etc... You can also play cassettes. You have to buy to see other features. I do not know why it isn't listed here. I have referred it to a co-worker!!
